To achieve its ambition to be the reference in pet health through nutrition, Royal Canin wants to continue to push the barriers of nutrition and individualization. TheEnterprise Strategy Operationalization (ESO) Team is a newly created team which will beagnostic to drive an enterprise view and be focused on orchestrating the delivery of our strategy. Bringing together S&OP+, Project/Program Management and Graphics into one dedicated team which drives cross functional Ways Of Working.
Within the businessstrategywe haveidentifiedseveral areaswherewe need to enhance our focus to ensure we deliver against our ambitions. Global Initiativesisone of theseareas. TheGlobal Leadership Teamselectspecificcritical interventions. This rolecoordinatesspecific projects toaddressspecific pain points with a specific intervention.This role would be the PM fortheseprojectsand these projects will be governedunderthe Productivity Program Board, which the PM wouldfacilitate.
The Global InitiativePMbeing part of the Globalprocess&CoEteamcould be requested to lead and contributeinactivities enabling the team’sobjectives.
What are we looking for?
- Higher Education Qualification or relevant Experience
- Formal qualification in project management (preferable)
- Experience in Stakeholder relationship building
- Functional experience in a demand/supply chain function or project/process management
- Structured ways of working
- High level of pro-activeness and willingness to take responsibility
- Very Good communication capability
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS 365 tools
What will be your key responsibilities?
- ProjectGovernance and Standards:The PMestablishesand enforces governance frameworks, project management standards, and best practices across functions, ensuring consistent processes, compliance, and quality across global/regionalteams.Using our Key Business processes where applicable,e.g.S&OP+,QuEST, etc.
- Cross-Functional Coordination and Alignment:Acting as thecentral pointof coordination, the PM aligns different functional areas, manages interdependencies, and promotes collaboration, ensuring program& projectgoals are met across all regions and departments.
- Projects/ programSynergies:The PM willidentifywhere synergies are betweenthese projectsand others to ensure we driveefficiencyand effectiveness in enabling the program.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:The PM ensures effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates,facilitatingchange management, and aligning expectations to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and supportive of programobjectives.
- Risk Management:The role willproactivelyidentifyand manage risks,establishingcontingency plans to handle disruptions.
- Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement:The PMO monitors program progress through KPIs and milestone tracking, producing reports for informed decision-making. It captures lessons learned to refine processes and drive ongoing improvements across the program.
