This role reports to the European SRM Director. The main purpose is to develop and drive the Royal Canin European PPA & Mix strategy through the specific capability of Price Pack Architecture and to support its deployment across all 28 markets in Europe, incl. operational tools & best practice sharing.The role interacts directly with local markets through the local SRM resources, enabling analysis and development of optimized pack-price architectures.This is a6 monthpaternity cover role.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead the Regional PPA & Mixstrategies:Build a3-yearPPA roadmap feeding into our long-term planning cycle. Ensure principles are applied to future portfolio and innovation pipeline
Best in class playbooksand guidelines to ensure implementation:Lead the design, deployment and local leverage playbooks, operationalguidanceand success stories.
Stakeholder Management:Manageinternal stakeholders to ensure deployment of defined priorities
What are we looking for?
Experience partnering across the organization to analysea range of internal & external data sources, drawing out keyinsightsand forming recommendationson the basis ofsolid consumer and commercial knowledge.
A track recordof successfully translating strategies into action and delivering results; comfortable presenting to and engaging with Sr. Leaders or forums simplifying complex Concepts and Strategies.
Proven functional/technical understanding andknow-howacross pricing specifically:PrixingStrategy, Pricing Analysis and Pricing Implementation.
Astute commercial and financial skills with excellent organization agility, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L.
