Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Team Building & Personnel Competency Management
- Manage daily warehouse team operations, including shift arrangement, job responsibility allocation and performance evaluation
- Develop training programs based on the operational differences. Organize regular training on professional skills, GMP-compliant operations, safety procedures and equipment usage to continuously improve team capabilities to support business expansion.
- Manage daily team communication, resolve operational difficulties, maintain positive team atmosphere, and ensure stable and efficient warehouse team performance.
2. Daily Operational Management of Warehouse Business
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations Warehouse , covering raw material inspection, receiving, storage, inventory checking, outbound allocation, preparation and delivery for FG
- Optimize warehouse layout and zoning management according to the unique storage requirements of each product category,
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly warehouse work plans, reasonably assign operational tasks, track execution progress, and resolve common operational issues
- Manage inventory data systematically. Organize regular full inventory counts and dynamic spot checks to accurately monitor raw material, semi-finished and finished product inventory levels.
- Coordinate cross-department collaboration with production, procurement, quality control, sales and logistics teams
3. Warehouse GMP Compliance & System Optimization
- Strictly implement GMP management specifications for pet food production. Establish and execute standardized warehouse GMP systems covering warehouse
- Continuously revise and improve warehouse operation manuals, management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in response to business iteration and capacity upgrading
- Conduct regular internal GMP compliance inspections and rectifications.
4. Warehouse Risk Control & Hazard Source Management
- Conduct comprehensive identification, analysis and control of warehouse hazard sources. Establish hazard ledgers and risk prevention and control plans.
- Formulate warehouse safety management regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Implement daily safety patrols and closed-loop rectification of hidden dangers, and establish a long-term risk prevention mechanism
5. Production Capacity Expansion Adaptation & Warehouse Model Upgrade
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in warehouse capacity, spatial layout, operational processes and manpower allocation, and formulate targeted warehouse upgrading and capacity expansion solutions
- Optimize warehouse management modes for high-volume production scenarios, restructure receiving, storage, inventory and outbound workflows, and improve warehouse operational efficiency and load capacity to adapt to large-scale and high-turnover production and shipment demands
- Implement refined warehouse cost control.
6. Introduction & Operation of Automated Warehouse Equipment
- Lead the intelligent and automated upgrading of warehouse systems. Research and evaluate applicable automated equipment for pet food warehousing scenarios, including AGV robots etc.
- Continuously optimize the intelligent warehouse management system, integrate with the WMS platform
