Job Description:
1)Lead National Demand Planning & Demand Governance
-Act as functional leader to lead monthly demand planning process and build unconstrained -demand forecasts across channels, customers and categories.
-Own national Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and demand assumptions.
-Integrate demand activities, market trends, NPD launches and external factors into short term and long-term demand plans.
2)Demand Management Under Supply Constraints
-Lead prioritization and allocation decisions during supply shortages.
-Balance service, growth, inventory and profitability considerations.
-Partner with Supply Planning, Commercial and Finance to establish mitigation scenarios.
-Drive transparent communication of demand risks and recovery plans.
3)FCST generation for Pillar
-Act as Demand Planner for a designated strategic business pillar
-Lead Pillar S&OP meetings and SKU FCST generation with Sales, Marketing and Finance
4) Supply and Order Coordination
-Participates as a SC representative in selected cross-functional team meeting with Fin, plant or project meeting for KPI improvement , internal audit, promotions events etc, coordinate with sales teams across all pillars to collect forecasts and review high level supply capability and order phasing to secure premium service
5)Item Master Data & Portfolio healthy Analysis
-Item Master set up & maintenance including: coding , ABC classification etc
-New products launch and products renovation coordination with cross functional team
-Conduct annual portfolio reviews and perform portfolio health analyses to identify optimization opportunities, supporting Marketing and Business Teams in developing a balanced, profitable, and sustainable portfolio strategy.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum 8-year working experience in supply chain in multi-national companies
-Minimum 4- year experience in Demand Chain Planning management, experience in demand planning and supply (production) planning is mandatory;
-Experience in FMCG /Milk Powder/Comestic business is preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
-High people agility to build up broad connection
-Demonstrated potential to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain functions
-Highly motivated, highly organized and results driven
-Bachelor’s degree or above.
