We’re looking for a Supply Planner to join our ANZ Supply Chain team on a permanent full time basis. In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of our operations — balancing supply and demand, keeping inventory flowing, and partnering closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service. You’ll collaborate closely with local, regional, and global Royal Canin teams, along with 3PL partners. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your decisions make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll take ownership of end-to-end supply planning, including:
- Own supply plans, purchase orders, and inventory levels
- Deliver rolling supply forecasts using supply planning tools (e.g. FuturMaster)
- Manage inbound sea freight across ANZ
- Monitor inventory health and proactively mitigate out-of-stock risks
- Prepare and present key supply and service performance reports
- Partner with Demand Planning, Sales and Marketing through regular supply reviews
- Support NPD launches, transitions, and product lifecycle changes
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis and smarter ways of working
- Play a key support role in the S&OP process.
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in supply planning, ideally within an import-led supply chain
- A degree or diploma in Supply Planning, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience using non-Excel planning tools (e.g. FuturMaster)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of inventory management, S&OP, and KPIs
- Confidence working in cross-functional, customer-facing environments
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI dashboards
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
If you’re passionate about supply planning, love working with data and stakeholders, and want to be part of a business that truly cares — we’d love to hear from you.
