We’re currently looking for a motivated Field Sales Rep to act as the Territory Sales Executive to join our high-performing Sales, covering the Northern WA territory.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will manage and grow a portfolio of independent retailers and key account stores in your territory. With a strong focus on building meaningful relationships, you’ll act as a trusted business partner to our customers—helping them grow their business while ensuring Royal Canin remains their first choice in pet nutrition.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Southern WA Territory Representative, aligning on perfect store merchandising and in-store promotional activations. Together, you’ll ensure Royal Canin is represented with excellence at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do:
Be the face of Royal Canin in your territory—delivering outstanding customer service and support to independent and key account retailers.
Drive growth and profitability by understanding your customers’ business goals and developing joint business plans.
Execute and evaluate promotional activities, ensuring a strong ROI and consistent brand visibility.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with top Independent and Key Account customers to measure performance and identify new opportunities.
Leverage market data and insights to identify gaps and expand distribution, ensuring Royal Canin is the preferred brand in-store.
Deliver training and product education to store teams, supporting their knowledge and confidence in recommending Royal Canin products.
Maintain an effective call cycle, regularly introducing new products, campaigns, and tools to maximize in-store execution.
Your experience and passion points:
Experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG, pharma, or pet care industry.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Commercially minded with financial literacy and data interpretation skills.
Tech-savvy with intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite incl Excel).
Energetic, proactive, and passionate about delivering results—both independently and as part of a team.
