Engineer- Reliability/Maintenance B4-II

We’re looking for a [Engineer- Reliability/Maintenance B4-II] who will be responsible for multiple areas of the factory which will consist primarily of breakdowns, breakdown assessments and planned maintenance of the factory as well as the reliability of the site.
What are we looking for?
You’ll also need to hold a Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Level
Ideally, you’ll have 1-3 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturingin Technical Department
Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6months)
What will be your key responsibilities?
Effective completion of all equipment breakdown repairs, escalating any equipment deviations not resolved
Drive continuous improvement of equipment reliability, quality, and performance
Coaching of peers & operations team members to improve their technical capabilities
Support defect eliminations through thorough root cause investigations and escalation where required
Completing required paperwork related to safety, quality, and contractor management
