Are you a social media expert with a passion for pets and community building?Join us in shaping the future of pet owner engagement across more than 100 markets in Asia, Middle East, Eurasia, Africa, and Latin America. This is your opportunity to lead Advocacy Marketing and Loyalty programs powered by first-party pet owner data.
What are we looking for?
2–5 years of experience in Brand Advocacy and Loyalty Marketing roles, ideally in multi-market or regional contexts.
Languages: English mandatory; Spanish and/or Portuguese appreciated.
Familiarity with Rapid Growth Markets is a plus.
Social media affluent & highly experienced in both strategizing & executing influencer marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of CRM platforms and loyalty program development.
Ability to support local markets and manage global stakeholder relationships without direct authority.
Excellent standalone skills for business strategy development and execution.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Co-create Advocacy Marketingstrategy with global and regional teams; develop frameworks and guidelines for influencer selection, content standards, and event amplification.
Establish regional playbooks, codify learnings, and manage communities.
Define KPIs, measure engagement and ROI, and connect loyalty programs to community engagement for impact analysis.
Advise markets on Royal Canin Loyalty Programs, ensure tech compatibility, and optimize CRM and marketing automation.
Partner with globaland market teams on Global Digital Platform workstreams, tech solutions, and advocacy integration into regional roll-out plans.
