Media Manager France (H/F/X)

The media manager will be responsible for developing and managing the executional comms plans across paid and owned media with the objective of implementing the cluster's brand and media strategy.
Ranging from brand awareness through to engagement and conversion. You will report into the Regional Media Lead and work with the other Media managers, global and Mediacom to define, implement and execute best in class media strategies for the markets you are responsible for.
What are we looking for?
5 years’ experience Media agency experience or relevant experience in-house at client is a must
Great written and verbal communication
Strong experience in (paid especially Digital) media across full funnel of media, having worked with or for agencies, brand, comms and preferably D2C/e-commerce teams.
Specialism in all aspects of paid media to secure brand equity building as well as biddable & performance media to drive short term sales impact;
Proven track record to leveraging outcome based KPIs, measurements including brand health and media measurement solutions.
Experience in project management and ability to lead complex and numerous projects for short term and long-term impact
Proficiency in English and French, both oral and written
What will be your key responsibilities?
Collaborate with regional BAPO lead for the cluster to define pinpoints and jobs to be done.
Using the regional brand and media strategy and in cooperation with Mediacom develop the annual media executional plans for the cluster and markets.
Member of European Regional Media Team and deploying best practise/ Test & Learns.
Work with regional media managers and local MSD to develop and execute media plans ensuring market intimacy and taking media & tech landscape learnings into consideration.
Share latest best practice for producing effective ‘Fit for Platform’ content. This includes supporting the regional media team on capability building through specific media topics, e.g. Addressable.
Owns the execution of the in-year media execution plan with the agency team.
Drive ROI of media and responsible for managing the full A&CP budget & process cycle.
No direct reports but indirect leadership to multiple stakeholders.
For Retail Media Expert add: develop retail media strategies that align with business objectives and market needs, ensuring coordination with cross-functional teams, media cluster managers for consistent messaging across activations. Working with EKA and PSR pillar stakeholders on schedule management, KPI setting and measurement
Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop and implement tech-driven solutions that enhance retail media effectiveness, helping build out a global scorecard for KPI standardization.
