Responsibilities
Develops the Manufacturing digital strategy and ensure it is aligned across the VCO organization: Engineering and DT functions, Regional teams (VP, IE, MSE coaches)
Leads the development of the Manufacturing digital roadmap by ensuring each project in this roadmap being properly scope, phased and resourced
Supports each project leader from the ideation stage to project completion through financial justification/funding and scoping
Prepare and leads the periodic Manufacturing digital steerco and ensure the agreed governance is applied on the program: individual projects updates, escalation, trade-offs, …
Build and setup the facilitation of key users communities for each digital solution being deployed: governance of the standard use of the solution, continuous improvement of the solution
Benchmarking: internal (other segments/divisions) and external (other CPGs and experts)
Scope and Key Stakeholders
Very high degree of independency, strong interpersonal, technical and analytical skills. Global perimeter, Royal Canin Industrial Network, 17 Factories.

Global and Regional IE and MSE leaders
Global Engineering Team
Global Petcare Manufacturing Digital Team
Candidate Experience / Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar
>10 years experience in Supply, including line management experience
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Black Belt certification is advantgeous for data agility.
Business and Financial acumen
Project Management: Track record in leading step-change initiatives
Strong stakeholder management expertise, in both corporate and factory environments.
Fluency in English
