Royal Canin is looking for a Global Design Manager to lead and shape our on&off-pack brand’s creative vision.
You will define and scale a clear design system across all touchpoints, ensuring strong design governance and close collaboration with key stakeholders. You will lead design capabilities for the entire brand, codifying and overseeing all packaging and off-packaging design guidelines to guarantee consistency and excellence.
You’ll also manage budgets, evolve design standards, and streamline packaging processes to drive efficiency, coherence, and global brand impact.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand and packaging design, supported by a strong portfolio and understanding of the packaging production processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
- Experience working in multinational, matrix environments
What will be your key responsibilities?
Design Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Define and drive a compelling brand design strategy, building clear and scalable brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging.
- Establish and evolve strong creative principles and a unified design system that reflects market trends, consumer insights, and brand ambition.
Project & Budget & agency Management
- Lead on & off pack design project planning and execution, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality standards, and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Manage and optimize design budgets, ensuring smart resource allocation across projects and agency partnerships.
- Oversee relationships with design agencies, providing clear strategic briefs and ensuring outputs meet brand expectations.
