What are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree.
- 3-6 years experience.
- Strong experience in website management, SEO optimisation.
- Proven track record in influencing indirect cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management.
- proven track record in local and regional or global roles.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Oversees the day-to-day management and maintenance of cluster .com
- Perform a range of marketing and website maintenance and development tasks from troubleshooting and resolving performance issues to prevent downtime/ optimise speed to securing optimum content/ updates of products/ services / campaigns to secure a premium pet owner experience from education/ consideration to product information and conversion.
- Work closely with content manager to secure .com content needs are met/ audited and any gaps identified and closed.
- Leads analysis (search/ education/ consideration to product conversion) and continuously improves the .com to create a best-in-class website and Brand Experience for pet owners
- Implementing and executing cluster .com updates in line with market plans (e.g., new products/ campaigns) based on Global assets and tailored to local Pet Owner Insights.
- Responsible to set up and/ or utilise ratings and reviews to optimise product pages.
- Builds and improves the cluster .com as the heart of Royal Canin for pet owners. Manage and continuously optimize to create a best-in-class website and Brand Experience for pet owners. Align the website with the brand, strategy and standards.
- Continuously audits/ measures and improves the website performance in line with industry best practices
- Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality
- Translates and implements strategies to improve website traffic and ranking (SEO)
- Work closely with content manager to develop website content to support goals and strategies
- Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations
- Updates / Improves website in line with brand and business spans- e.g., optimising campaign landing pages, securing effectiveness of campaign landing to secure an end-to-end pet owner experience or working with D2C team to implement new features.
- Monitor for website security breaches and respond to them as needed
- Reply to, troubleshoot and resolve website issues
- Lead ratings and reviews set up and management to optimise product page performance
- Track and optimize the site performance in Google Analytics, defines measure and secures execution to improve organic rankings and site performance, Define where traffic from assets (SEO, SOA and campaigns) lead
- Implements agreed A/B testing to continuously learn and optimise, sharing results with EU and global
- Working closely together within brand and content team, understanding the role of the .com in Brand ecosystem and campaigns
- Works closely together to define T&L and shares best practices towards global, region .com
- Working closely together with D2C team to implement, roll out and improve the .com to support D2C efforts.
- Facilitates set up and usage of ratings and reviews to optimise product page optimisation, including liaison with the customer service hub for ongoing support
