Job Description:
What will be your key responsibilities upon joining Mars?
1. EHS
- Understand and cascade Mars EHS culture and standard in NDC
- Be the owner of the KPI of safety including but not limit in LTI, Near Miss etc.
- Build Safety mindset in all associates embedded on daily operation through Go and See
- Align with LM to define annual EHS focus and target and drive the result
- Organize training and events including annual fire drill, forklift skill competition etc to enhance the safety mindset and capability building in organization
- Regular inspection on facilitates to ensure the building and equipment in good maintenance level
- Define Business Continuity Management procedure and validate the effectiveness annually
- Validate the safety compliance of new equipment according to Mars standard and local regulation
- Be responsible for accident investigation, report, correct and preventive action
- Coordinate with stakeholders in RSH (China factory) to build safety environment across E2E supply
- As contact window to accommodate all inspections of EHS from internal and external
2. Quality representative of NDC
- Understand Mars distribution quality and be the leader in NDC deployment
- Organize regular quality review with team for continuous improvement
- Support QMP manager to keep updating SOP to be consistent with operation
- Prepare annual LRQA audit materials and track the progress
3、 ERP Key User
- Understand whole DC operation process in crystal clear.
- ERP KU to represent logistics function involved in future ERP change management and related process change management
- As Key User, raise tickets on behalf of DCs to central services once system operation crash, track the solution progress till it resolved
- Support new initiatives in supply chain from system feasibility point of view
4.Responsible Work
- Understand Mars' Five Principles and the global human rights policy applicable to our workplace and continuously improve and optimize a responsible workplace.
- Work with each process owner to identify the opportunities and take solid action to keep improving work environment
- To be the key contact for RW audit annually
Context and Scope:The job holder should be passionate and self-motivated to learn from existing operation and from others. To get himself/herself on Mars culture quickly. To understand the expectation from manager and drive for result. He/she should be open mind to accept new idea from peers and market and adapt to daily operation.
What we are looking for in you:
1--Education & Professional Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in supply chain management, food quality, finance, statistics and IT related are preferred.
2--Knowledge / Experience
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience, logistics operation/quality management/EHS as preferred.
· The candidate had the experience to use ERP、WMS、TMS intensively
· Strength in communications with externally and internally stakeholders
· Strong analytical, logical thinking and project management capability
· Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English; ability to work under minimal supervision
