加入玛氏，您的主要职责将会是什么？
1、支持客诉对应，及时跟进仓库客诉反馈以及确认结果，关注运输异常情况对应（及索赔跟进等；
2、支持运输过程中不良品管理、以及后续处理跟踪仓库内部操作过程中不良品管理管理、不良品移库、实物管理;
3、定期完成报废申请，跟踪完成相关审批，并在WMS系统内准确的完成调整操作；
4、定期客户拜访，电话回访，充分了解物流服务水平，提升改善
5、协助组织仓库进行流程优化，提升客户服务等
