Key Responsibilities
i) Replenishment Execution & Supply Service (70%)
- Weekly / Daily replenishment from sourcingsites to deliver OTIF target.
- Managing sourcing sites and DCs’ replenishment plan executed well.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across E2E supply process to fulfill demand.
- KPI : OSDC, OTIF, MPS
ii) Inventory & Capacity Management (15%)
- Set/review/maintain stock level of each DC to keep high stock efficiencyCapacity analysis and review with sourcing sites, including RM/PM readiness
- KPI : YEE Stock Value, Sourcing Site Production Plan Adherence
iii)Continual improvement for E2E supply optimization (15%)
- Leadingcross-functionalteamto improve E2E supply process to enhance better cashflow contribute to biz growth.
- Represent RC China supply in Regional COP.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ planning experience mainly on supply planning and inventory control.
- Good at Microsoft Office (excellent excel), ERP system experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Science & Engineering major preferred.
- Experience on production planning is a plus
