核心职责
1. 微信生态内容建设与运营
-主导微信公众号、视频号及私域社群的内容体系搭建,结合品牌Campaign目标策划栏目主题(如宠物养护科普、节日互动等);
-统筹TMKT、销售等多部门内容需求,制定月度内容排期,把控内容质量与调性一致性,推动跨团队协作落地。
2. 支持Campaign微信端落地
-基于Campaign目标(如用户招募、转化提升)策划微信端互动活动(如UGC征集、会员裂变玩法、专属福利活动等),设计从触达到转化的用户路径,提升参与感与转化效率;
-根据Campaign目标规划媒体投放策略(视频号、朋友圈广告等渠道),监控投放数据(如点击、招募成本)。
3.协助会员线下活动
-配合品牌Campaign及电商IP(如天猫会员日)的线下活动需求,协助完成活动前期规划、资源协调及执行中的部分环节支持;
-聚焦活动后用户资产沉淀,将线下参与用户引导至私域社群/会员体系。
