1) Offline RTM Strategy design and landing

- Distribution guidance design and tracking

- Offline in-store execution guidance and tracking

- Offline value chain design and improvement

- Offline projects design , POSM/SOL

2) Set up Offline Perfect Store Model

- Offline perfect store KPI design by channels

- Tracking process design and action suggestion

3) Channel portfolio matrix and priorities setting with key MKT and sales Pillars

- leverage MKT strategy and channel strategy to develop channelized portfolio matrix

- Coordinate NPD launch plan and performance tracking

4) Perfect store

- Design promotion price guidance and execution tracking

- GWP design and management

5) Sample management

- Sample FCST and allocation

- Sample mechanism design and ROI check

6) ANP management

Requirements:

- At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG

- Trade Marketing experience is fundamental.

- Offline TM experience, especially KA stores is must

- Offline sales experience is a plus

-English communication is must
