Customer Service Coordinator (f/m/x)
in Royal Canin, Customer Care Department
Job Location: Niepołomice (you will be required to work from Niepolomice once per week)

The role was created to ensure business growth by providing „best in class” customer service to Royal Canin customers in Polandfrom all pillars while leading/developing a high performance team.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Deliver service level KPIs (e.g. Service level, Lost calls etc).
Support PSR and PP pillars priorities plus rendering support for Sales Representatives via SR Helpline.
Set, monitor, and follow up on customer service performance results versus objectives.
Ensure the rigorous execution of Governance & Compliance procedures: entry of customer master data; control of payments and credit limits; control over promo mechanics; Off-invoice discounts processing.
Lead assigned x-functional projects including Cluster ones.
Lead and motivate Frontline Customer Service team in Poland.
People development / on the job training / follow up on customer service training / build competencies.
Improve ways of working by introducing 'best practices' and maintaining high level of individual /team performance.
Create team spirit and engagement through inclusive leadership and by role modeling the 5 principles of Mars.
Plan & lead weekly team meetings.
What are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in managing a team of at least 5 people, ideally in customer service area.
Bachelor or Master Degree required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills together with well-developed problem solving abilities.
Great leadership qualities - ability to support and mentor individual team-members.
Experience working on SAP and Salesforce would be a great benefit.
Knowledge of Polish retail trade, key customers, consumers and pet food market.
Fluent Polish and very good English skills.
Good MS Office skills.
