2,良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧;
3,良好的计算机操作能力,熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT;
4,良好的客户开发管理能力及客情建立能力;
5,具备良好的团队合作精神,优秀的政策执行能力,良好的竞争意识,良好的抗压能力;
6,积极正向,能快速融入团队,对自身职业规划清晰,具备强烈的上进心;
7,宠物主人、有宠物行业相关销售经验优先考虑。

加入玛氏,您的主要职责将会是什么?
1,负责区域内结果指标达成,包含新品,门店覆盖,教育,及总部在区域内执行可见落地;
2,按照拜访路线及要求及时定期拜访客户;
3,重点客户维护及宣导品牌知识,影响客户;
4,新品上市达成分销门店指标和覆盖指标;
5,负责区域门店皇家知识教育。
