Your Role

As a PMO within our high-profile Create the New team, you will be at the forefront of transforming ideas into actionable projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Mars Ecosystem to incubate new business capabilities and streamline project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the deployment of strategic projects in North America, ensuring alignment with global initiatives. Mobilize cross-functional teams to define project scopes, build timelines, and track key milestones, all while maintaining a focus on quality and pace.
  • Stakeholder Connectivity: Foster strong relationships among global, regional, and local teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Facilitate project execution by coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends by identifying new opportunities and recommending project adaptations. Implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize impact.
  • Discovery-Driven Planning: Utilize discovery-driven planning techniques to explore innovative solutions and validate assumptions throughout the project lifecycle. This approach will enable you to pivot and adapt strategies based on real-time insights and feedback.

What are we looking for?

  • Master’s Degree in Business or Technical Field
  • 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing
  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience in prescription models is a significant addition
  • Experience in business leadership and business transformation
  • Experience in the delivery of multidisciplinary projects across business functions and units
  • Understanding of the global, regional, and local decision-making process, as well as their different roles and responsibilities, must be able to navigate this complex environment

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead the deployment process to launch new projects
  • Implements timeline mobilizing cross functional teams to define build, run, sunrise and expansion phases in project
  • Influence without authority and build consensus among multiple groups with diverse (often competing) priorities, functions, and cultures
  • Track and communicate key decisions points, issues, risk management and actions
  • Ensure alignment and connectivity of stakeholders throughout Global, Regional & Local departments
  • Ensure alignment among cross functional teams
  • Facilitate projects execution by ensuring good pace and connection, setting meetings, tracking actions and milestones, raising alerts and helping on escalation when needed
  • Understanding of data, its privacy, storage, and movement in addition to enrichment and activation
