The Inbound specialist of Royal Canin Korea is responsible for executing all Inbound Logistics from ex-factory to warehouse by proactively monitoring ocean freight shipment, inland trucking and regulatory and customs clearance procedure to secure on-time supply to market.
The position is 1 year temporary employee contract to oversee inbound logistics process and identifies improvement.
• Inbound physical logistics management
✓ Manage import logistics from origin to 3PL warehouse
✓ Handle import documents - Invoice, PL, Country of origin, Health certificate, B/L, etc.
✓ Monitor and track shipment from factory to 3PL warehouse through Inbound Template
✓ Oversee E2E inbound process from source/factory to warehouse arrival and optimize/improve the process with clear role and responsibility
• Purchase/Transfer order management
✓ Weekly and Daily operation for “Inbound Template (Excel)” to update purchase / transfer order shipment information
✓ Send EDI and communication with factory
✓ Modify and revise purchase / transfer order in ERP system • Payment and Periodic Closing for all involved 3rd parties
✓ Intercompany invoice closing by period
• Custom clearance and test execution and legal compliance
✓ Ensure and monitor all import procedure and due diligence is executed ✓ BSE test / Self-test scheduling with CA and sample request to factory ✓ Clear understanding and handling of document for the custom clearance - Invoice, PL, Country of origin, Health certificate, B/L, etc.
