核心职责
一、线下C端活动:
1.活动全周期管理:主导全国范围内超30场线下C端活动(含品牌快闪、宠物主题嘉年华、会员体验日等)的全流程落地,包括目标设定(如用户招募、品牌曝光、区域渗透)、预算规划、流程设计(含互动环节、宠物友好场景搭建)、资源统筹(场地、供应商、物料)及风险预案制定。
2.多方协同与现场管控:作为核心接口人,高效对接内部(TMKT、销售、供应链、法务)及外部(商圈物业、异业合作伙伴、宠物机构、KOL)资源,确保活动目标对齐;活动现场负责统筹执行,保障体验流畅性与安全性。
3.效果复盘与迭代:活动后输出数据复盘报告(招募人数、用户画像、转化效果),提炼可复用经验,优化后续活动SOP,提升单场效率与区域适配性。
二、微信内容运营:
1.内容策划与独立撰写:负责微信公众号、视频号及私域社群的内容生产,结合品牌战役、宠物养护干货、品牌价值观,独立策划选题并撰写高质量内容(推文、视频脚本、社群互动文案),确保内容有温度、有共鸣。 2.用户视角内容共创:基于对宠物主需求的深度理解,挖掘真实场景(如带宠出行、健康管理、情感陪伴),提升用户信任与主动传播意愿。
3.私域流量协同:将线下活动用户精准引流至微信生态,通过内容持续激活(如活动回顾、后续福利预告),强化会员粘性与复访率。
任职要求
硬性条件
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、传媒等相关专业优先;
- 3年以上中大型C端线下活动经验,有全国性/跨区域活动规划与执行案例,熟悉从0到1落地流程(单场规模200人以上优先);
- 强沟通协调与灵活应变能力:擅长跨部门(TMKT、销售、供应链等)及外部(商圈、合作伙伴、供应商)高效协同,能独立处理活动现场突发问题(如流程调整、客诉、资源临时变动);
- 微信内容运营实操经验:熟悉公众号/视频号/社群运营逻辑,具备独立内容撰写能力(能独立完成推文、脚本、文案创作),有宠物/母婴等情感向内容创作经验者佳;
- 宠物行业热情与养宠经验:重度宠物爱好者,有实际养宠经历(猫/狗优先),对宠物行为、养护知识、宠物主情感需求有深刻理解,能将个人经验转化为真实打动人的内容。
