In dieser Schlüsselrolle entwickelst du die HSE-Strategie für unsere beiden Lager-Standorte von Royal Canin in Deutschland, stärkst unsere Lager-Teams und schaffst sichere sowie umweltbewusste Arbeitsbedingungen – immer mit Blick auf Zusammenarbeit, Verantwortung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.
Deine Aufgaben
Entwicklung und Umsetzung der HSE-Strategie für unsere beiden Lagerstandorte in Deutschland.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften sowie der Normen ISO 14001 und ISO 45001 an unseren Lagerstandorten; zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden
Verantwortung für Notfallmanagement, Business Continuity und Asset Protection
Leitung von Unfall- und Vorfallanalysen sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungen und Sicherheitsprogramme
Organisation und Abstimmung baulicher Maßnahmen mit externen Partnern sowie Koordination der Wartungsplanung für unseren Lagerstandort in Frechen
Analyse von HSE-Kennzahlen, Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen sowie Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
Repräsentation der Lager-Standorte in internationalen Gremien und Förderung des Austauschs von Best Practices
Dein Profil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), idealerweise in Logistik, Produktion oder Supply Chain
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 14001 und ISO 45001 sowie relevanter gesetzlicher Vorschriften
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten
Hohe Integrität und ein ausgeprägtes Talent, Vertrauen aufzubauen
Starke Ergebnisorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke
