Our dedicated Consumer Care team Benelux is looking for a passionate team member to support and advise pet owners and partners on our products and pet nutrition.
In this role, you’ll provide valuable information and find individual solutions to help strengthen the trust between us, pet owners, and our partners.
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
You provide expert advice to pet owners and partners about our products through various communication channels.
You build and maintain trusting relationships with our customers and partners.
You share your knowledge and actively contribute to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty to strengthen our brand reputation and support business growth.
You handle inquiries, including complaints, and ensure smooth, consumer-oriented resolutions through to full clarification.
You offer outstanding consumer support during crisis situations.
You establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Communications, Science, Digital) to maximize the value of Consumer Care for the business.
You perform reactive community management on our social media channels.
You make use of CRM/Social CRM technologies to track all interactions and contacts and drive continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
You have a passion for animals and their health and hold a completed qualification in veterinary medicine, nutritional science or biology
You have experience in customer service, ideally in the area of consumer care or a similar environment.
You are a team player and enjoy working independently.
You remain calm under pressure and impress with your empathetic personality.
You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written in French, Dutch and English
