Technical Manager (f/m/x)

Technical Manager is accountable for safety, quality and performance of all equipment and technical systems on site in short term as well as in long term perspective, contributing into long term site development by leading site master planning process. Meanwhile Technical Manager is accountable for capital projects execution on site.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Technical Manager is a key team member in a factory management team. Therefore he/she collaborates with all managers on site from different functions (operations, HSE, R&D etc.)
On regional level, Technical Manager shares experience with other Technical Managers and regional engineering team.
Responsible for maintenance, reliability and infrastructure, including safety of all equipment technical systems.
Legal compliance and Mars standards compliance for all equipment and technical systems.
Quality requirements compliance for all equipment and technical systems.
Equipment reliability and maintenance cost.
Capital projects execution on site.
What are we looking for?
Higher technical education.
More than 3 years of professional experience in managing engineering or maintenance team, preferably in FMCG industry.
Strong people leadership competencies.
Previous experience in managing capital projects with budget more than 1MUSD.
Proven track record collaborating with regional and/or global teams/suppliers.
Experience in TPM, in particular inPlanned Maintenance.
Fluent communication skills in Polish and English required.
