The Education and Training Assistant is accountable for the development, execution and tracking of the training program developed in collaboration with the HSE, Q&FS and Production Managers. The Training Lead collaborates on the development of the over-arching training program, develops training materials that suites functional requirement as well as develop material to onboard new joiners tracks associate participation, manages the logistics of delivering training. This role will deliver training sessions as required to either end users or as part of “Train the Trainer” sessions.
What are we looking for?
Degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, basic sciences or other business related disciplines.
3 years of experience in developing and delivering training.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc).
Ability to work any shift as needed.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Role Profiling & Skills Management
Define clear role profiles outlining responsibilities, skills, and knowledge requirements.
Maintain and update factory skills matrices.
Support Associates in completing Step-Up Cards aligned with role profiles.
Training & Knowledge Capture
Deliver training and coaching on Education & Training (E&T) processes and tools on the factory floor.
Train Associates on One-Point Lessons (OPL) to ensure effective communication.
Develop Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in key operational areas to support Associates.
Develop and implement On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
Ensure training materials are updated and available in digital platforms (POKA/Weever).
Manage the site training calendar and update courses.
Support standardized onboarding processes for new Associates.
Capability Building & Training System Ownership
Own and manage training systems within assigned areas (Skills Matrix, Glidepath, etc.).
Record Associate capabilities through training guides, assessments, and Step-Up Cards.
Obtain and use OJT and Expert Trainer certifications to deliver training programs.
Provide support and troubleshooting for OJT delivery.
Coordinate with Safety, Quality, and Training departments to ensure compliance.
Pillar Membership & Scheduling
Act as Essential Element Owner within the Education & Training (E&T) Pillar.
Work flexible day-based shifts to meet training needs.
Create and update the work instructions.

Knowledge Transfer & Onboarding
Develop and implement On-the-Job Training Programs.
