Mars has an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Acceleration Manager to join our Royal Canin (RC) Segment. Reporting to the Pet Specialty Retail Director, this role will lead and play a vital role in RCANZ’s eCommerce acceleration journey. The role will essentially inform, shape and lead the RC approach to all eCommerce priorities. Specifically, the role will proactively prioritize its body of work, deliver results, upskill teams and share knowledge with others to provide context and build RC’s capability in a complex practice.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Developand execute multifaceted strategies to deliver commercial and branded objectives in partnership with leading retailers via their eCommerce initiatives
Optimize online channel commercial performance;fortifyingsustainable relationships with key omni and pure player retailers.
Undertake analysis and build efficiencies to maximise the investment and drive ROI across this emerging media channel.
Influence across multiple internal (Key Account Managers, Customer Marketing Managers, Brand & Pet Owner, Finance and Supply) and external stakeholders (customers and retail partners)
Ensure delivery of RC ANZ’s Digital Commerce revenue commitments and growth targets, partnering with finance on tracking and forecasting and identifying digital revenue.
Partner with the global digital commerce community and leadership to leverageexpertise, insights, skills, resources, and relationships for the benefit of the Australian market.
What are we looking for in candidates?
Extensive experience (approx. 5+ years) in front-line E-commerce required. Preferably gained in Pet Specialty retail, however other FMCG and Consumer Goods channels considered.
Demonstrated understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and data.
Experience in successfully delivering complex projects as a Project Manager.
Extensive experience that shows success in navigating complex cross functional environments and influencing multiple stakeholders at all levels.
