What are we looking for?

  • Master’s in marketing or Engineer.

  • Marketing experience, with innovation management (appreciated) 

  • Digital marketing knowledge (appreciated)

OR

  • 3-4 years of experience as key user of functional platform (DAM, QuEST, OneNavision,…)

  • Good teamwork skills 

  • Interpersonal skills. 

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Curiosity, and willingness to grow and learn

  • Be able to work as an effective team player

  • High energy, results-oriented 

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Manages the development phases of some categories of product innovation and renovation projects such as Business Continuity or deployement projects,for Healthy & Sick Pets.

  • Ensures On time in Full, Right the first-Timedelivery of the projects or tasks under her/his responsibility, through QUEST 

  • Supports the Global Innovation (Senior) Managers in delivering the innovation projects taking responsibility of some tasks of the process in full compliance with established regulation, legislation, using the dedicated processes and workflow tools. 

  • Organizes meetings/ forums, ensures smoothcollaboration and delivers the information & tools needed to move forward

  • Responsible for the creation of support materials/ presentations for key forums. 

  • Supports the value proposition definition & testing in collaboration with Global Innovation Development managers / Insights/ Brand Communication & Design teams / R&D 

  • Collaborates with different internal stakeholder (R&D/ Packaging/ Regulatory & Legal…) to ensure compliant and smooth innovation development. 

  • In charge of the creation of the product stories and supports the Pillar Activation teams providingall needed insights about products. 

  • Ensure the accuracy of product content in the internal database orchestrating the work of product data officers. 

  • Rigorous, disciplined in applying processes, ways of working, governanceto drive compliance, high performance & collaboration.

Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

  • Master en marketing ou diplôme d’ingénieur

  • Expérience en marketing, idéalement en gestion de l’innovation

  • Connaissances en marketing digital (appréciées)

  • 3 à 4 ans d’expérience en tant qu’utilisateur clé de plateformes fonctionnelles (DAM, QuEST, OneNavision, etc.)

  • Bon esprit d’équipe

  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe

Quelles seront vos principales responsabilités ?

  • Gérer les phases de développement de certaines catégories de projets d’innovation et de rénovation produits (continuité d’activité ou déploiement), pour les animaux en bonne santé ou malades

  • Garantir la livraison des projets ou tâches sous sa responsabilité dans les délais, avec qualité et conformité via QUEST

  • Soutenir les responsables Innovation Globale dans la réalisation des projets, en prenant en charge certaines tâches du processus, en conformité avec la réglementation et les outils de workflow dédiés

  • Organiser des réunions/forums, assurer une collaboration fluide et fournir les informations et outils nécessaires à l’avancement

  • Créer des supports/presentations pour les forums clés

  • Participer à la définition et aux tests de la proposition de valeur en collaboration avec les équipes Innovation, Insights, Communication de Marque & Design, R&D

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes (R&D, Packaging, Réglementaire, Juridique…) pour garantir un développement fluide et conforme

  • Créer les histoires produits et soutenir les équipes d’activation en leur fournissant les insights nécessaires

  • Assurer l’exactitude du contenu produit dans la base de données interne, en coordonnant le travail des responsables des données produits

  • Être rigoureux(se), discipliné(e) dans l’application des processus, méthodes de travail et gouvernance pour garantir conformité, performance et collaboration
