What are we looking for?
- 食品、生物或化学相关专业本科及以上学历
- 有2年以上实验室相关工作经验，熟悉ISO 17025实验室质量管理体系。
- 熟练使用理化或微生物实验室检测仪器和方法
- 熟练的英语读写能力 熟练掌握电脑办公软件
What will be your key responsibilities?
- 在实验室运行现有的high-skilled仪器测试方法，对成品、过程产品和原材料进行常规和特殊需求检测，确保结果的及时性和准确性。
- 执行符合实验室质量和技术要求的程序，确保数据的可靠性。
- 领导和实施实验设备的预防性维护、期间核查和计量工作，确保检测设备的可靠性和稳定性。
- 负责实验室易耗品的采购和管理，确保订单的及时交付和易耗品有效管控。
- 评估并维护实验室安全操作规范，并保持与安全部门的联系，确保符合法规要求。
- 执行和维护实验室文件控制系统，维护ISO 17025质量管理体系。
- 基于玛氏中心实验室要求，开展新的测试方法的验证工作和实施，满足业务需求。 负
- 实验室的持续改善（CI） 根据需要备份结果查询、外部实验结果录入工作，支持准时放行。
