Regional 3PL Operations Coordinator - West Jefferson, OH - Onsite

We’re looking for a specialist in the field of Distribution/Transportation. Who will know how to applytheory and put it into practice with an in-depth understanding of a specificarea and independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the role.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

• 3+ years of experience in logistics

• Excellent Verbal Communication

• Ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others tomeet shared objectives

What will be your key responsibilities?

• You’ll achieve specific goals for area of responsibility by workingwithin an established supplier management plan or findingways to improve it.

• You’ll deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while workingwithin an established program management plan.

• You’ll manage relationships with small clients while also helpingsenior colleagues manage more important client andcustomer relationships.

• You’ll work within established knowledge management systems todeliver pre-set outcomes for area of responsibility.

• You’ll provide operational support services and sometimes act asfirst-line supervisor of a transactional operations area.Involves using existing systems and protocols.

• You’ll develop personal capabilities using existing formal andinformal training opportunities, while also coaching others asrequired.
