What are we looking for?
- The FP&A Business Partner is responsible for supporting FP&A manager to provide financial analysis and forecast along with annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis including preparation of financial reports/dashboards, presentations, financial analysis, and other ad-hoc assignments or projects. This person will be a reliable & trust worthy commercial business partner to provide business decision support
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth including timely submission to Anaplan system
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of P&L and cashflow.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Collaborate/ effectively communicate with key stakeholders as a finance business partner, provide financial insights to drive commercial success
- In-depth analysis on logistic cost breakdown structure and provide periodic forecast as a co-pilot
- Continuously improve and simplify the process relating to planning, reporting, and performance measurement
- Implement dashboard reports based on KPIs
- Support business overview PPT preparation for management
