We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Digital Deployment lead to provide DT leadership for large complex global business change programs or projects at a local or regional level. She/He may be responsible ofmanaging and mentoring a team of deployment managers, ensuring the successful delivery of all digital initiatives in various geographies.

What are we looking for?

• • Responsible for large Program/Project deployment, from conception to launch, ensuring project goals are met securing benefits delivery of quality, costs and time.

  • Lead and mentor a team of deployment managers, providing guidance, functional or technical expertise, coaching, and feedback.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met in coordination with the regional PMO

  • Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

  • Coordinates internal and 3rd party resources during concept & initiation, execution development (design, build, test), implementation and nurturing phases.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Identify, mitigate and communicate project risks and issues.

  • Work closely with regional PMOto provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Ensure high quality standards are maintained throughout project delivery.

  • Continuously improve the deployment process by evaluating and implementing best practices, processes, and tools.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of deployment management best practices across the organization.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• The role operates across units and functions at the regional level, partnering withProgram office, COE,global functional team and business unit stakeholders to deliver program/projects within region (LATAM).

• It brings in external/best practice insights & trends from vendors, analysts and peer companies to influence and drive business transformation at scale.

  It works with multiple Business Partnership Senior Managers multiple Unit GM's & Directors
