Exciting opportunity to join the site R&D team in TJN factory in Quality & Food Safety function as Senior Technician. The role is working on quality system operation and supervision, ensuring quality management system implementation in factories and compliance with MARS QMP & regulatory.
What are we looking for?
1.Food science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent BSc/ MSc degree is preferred.
2.Knowledge of quality management system – FSSC22000, and quality program GMP/ Hygienic design, familiar with legal food safety requirement, food process technology.
3.Problem solving skill and systematic thinking
4.Communication and influencing skill
What will be your key responsibilities?
1.Drive the implementation of GMP on-site in compliance with the Mars GMP/ GHP standard, including GMP for production/ engineering and contractor, etc.
2.Document control system management including the Nexus system.
Develop the quality system training material and training plan and follow the implement
3.CAPA system follow up to make sure all CAPA are not overdue.
4.Prepare the management review report material.
5.Verify the system procedure and regulation requirement compliance in process.
6.Coordinate change management assessment in site level.
7.Complete any other projects assigned by QA Manager.
