职位描述：
1.负责生产线关键设备的操作和工艺参数的设定
2.发现生产过程中的隐患，及时上报，解决常见问题；
3.执行设备的日常点检和基础设备维修工作；
4.定期分析损失并采取行动；跟进解决效果
5.及时向上级领导汇报工作进展及班组问题；
6.撰写和更新生产操作文档，辅助班组同事提高技能。
职位要求：
1.2年以上设备操作或者维修工作经验；
2.掌握现场安全、质量、GMP及生产相关的操作标准，执行标准化操作
3.熟悉操作生产线关键设备并对设备的异常停机能够及时处理；
4.了解自主维护（AM）及预防维护（PM）基础知识；
5.熟悉根本原因分析，风险评估等工具，能够使用办工软件对区域损失进行分析；
6.良好的团队合作精神，积极配合并参与车间内的改善项目，提出合理化建议
