工作范围：
班组：全产线的安全和质量风险点认知，班级内的故障维修，总结和分析生产过程中的问题，CP2会议的主持，CP4会议的备份主持
区域：支持区域AM的活动，区域会议的总结，更新日常生产WI，组织和考核相关操作同事的WI，提出区域改善建议，支持维修部门的设备大修，新项目的支持
工作职责：
倒班，分白班和夜班，每班12小时。
班组交接12小时内的运行情况，交接当班注意事项
吸收CP会议的内容并有效产出行动计划
安排和管理三方人员
确认当班的生产计划，根据主计划和剩余SKU灵活调整生产计划避免待仓和待料，并根据计划合理安排同事和三方人员
了解当班的故障，并跟进处理，协助维修部门寻找根本原因和预防措施
生产区域总结会议，每个段，区域KPI的回顾协助区域改善和新项目的推进
区域WI的更新和每年考核相关人员技能，协助同事拿到上岗证
应聘要求：
TPM相关的AM和PM知识
必须了解GMP，HACCP和ISO的相关知识
能够熟练应用标准工具解决问题，如：鱼骨图和DMAIC
具备维修知识和电工证
机械及电气专业专业相关优先，大专及以上学历，有食品工厂经验者佳
