工作职责:
- 品牌策略制定:基于品牌长期价值与产品策略,制定年度品牌传播策略,规划全年3-4档核心品牌战役,明确每档战役的目标;
- 全案策划与落地 结合品牌策略与产品卖点,策划战役核心创意,制作全渠道传播素材,确保创意与宠物主情感需求深度绑定;
- 整合内外部资源构建传播矩阵,包括但不限于:平台IP联动(如天猫超级品牌日)、跨界合作、渠道协同,输出完整传播方案;
- 核心传播落地:主导核心渠道投放(平台资源包、户外广告等);
- 策划战役配套线下体验,联动CRM沉淀用户至私域;
- 确保Social、CRM、电商内容统一调性,形成全渠道“认知-兴趣-转化”闭环;
- 效果复盘与策略迭代:监测战役全链路数据,输出复盘报告,提炼可复用经验,优化后续战役策略。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、传媒等相关专业优先;
- 4年以上品牌营销经验,深耕品牌建设、整合传播领域,有全年品牌战役策划落地全流程经验;
- 主导过电商大促IP合作,熟悉平台规则与资源置换逻辑;
- 数据驱动能力:能通过数据工具分析用户画像、竞品动态、传播效果,基于数据产出策略优化方案;
- 沟通与协同:强跨部门及外部沟通能力,能推动复杂资源整合与共识达成;
- 宠物行业热情与养宠经验:宠物爱好者,有实际养宠经历,对宠物行为、养护知识、宠物主情感需求有深刻理解,能将个人经验转化为真实打动人的内容。
