Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Logistics & 3PL Management: Oversee end-to-end import logistics and shipping documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Health Certificates, and Bills of Lading). Coordinate closely with customs brokers, inland transport partners, and 3PL warehouses to maintain operational excellence.
- Order & Master Data Administration: Execute daily purchase/transfer order operations within the ERP system, ensuring accurate shipment tracking via the inbound template. Maintain key logistics master data (item code creation, transfer price updates) in collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Compliance & Financial Closing: Secure compliance with import customs regulations, quarantine requirements, and mandatory tests (e.g., BSE/self-tests). Handle intercompany periodic closing, validate 3PL logistics invoices, and execute timely payment requests.
- Freight Management & KPIs: Support the Global Ocean Tender (GOT) process, track freight-in costs against budget, identify cost-saving initiatives, and monitor logistics KPIs (carrier performance and lead times).
Job Specifications & Qualifications
- Education: University degree (majors in International Trade or Supply Chain Management preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in inbound logistics, import operations, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of Incoterms, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), and customs clearance protocols. Proven experience in managing customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
