Here at Royal Canin we are passionate about cats and dog and have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager– Pet Professional (PRO) on a 12 month fixed term basis.

In this role you will be responsible for the development and deployment engaging customer related marketing activities that drive brand awareness and engagement with our customers. These include Shelter and Rescue Customers, as well as Breeder and Boarding Customers across ANZ with a focus on our Royal Canin® and Eukanuba™ brands.

This is a highly varied role which works closely all teams across our business including Cross Pillar Marketing Teams, Corporate Affairs, Sales and Supply, and would suit someone with a genuine interest in learning all aspects of the business as it relates to our Pillar.

What are we looking for?

  • Consumer Goods experience including NPD and Product Launches
  • Marketing generalist with experience across traditional marketing, digital and social, ideally with a Bachelor’s in Marketing
  • Highly organised and detail orientated
  • Creative with a knack for processes coordination, and a passion for pets!

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Manage and activate the PRO Marketing & Promotional calendar across our shelter and rescue groups
  • Plan & Manage the content calendar and execution within our Key Account Shelters.
  • Manage all New Product Development requests and launches within our Pillar
  • Development and creation of all marketing materials including print, digital, signage and POS.
  • Ensure marketing activities are within budget and correct processes are followed for purchase orders and approvals
  • Work closely with the PRO Pillar Lead to develop engaging event concepts and focus’s
  • Work cross pillar to leverage Health Marketing activities for PRO
