The role aims to support the Sales & Logistics departments in actively driving business performance, executing strategy, and monitoring implementation.
Responsibilities include participating in the timely and accurate development of budgets and forecasts, providing actual financial reporting, and delivering insights based on internal and external data to support business performance. The role also involves challenging the status quo and bringing an innovative mindset to support the France Sales & Logistics strategy.

What will be your key responsibilities?
This role is about driving the right data, business insights, and conversations with the Sales & Logistics teams to manage P&L actuals, forecasts, budgets, and purposeful investment decisions. Strong scenario-planning capabilities are essential as we navigate a complex business environment with rapidly changing assumptions. A strong FP&A mindset is required to manage ambiguity and provide the business with the appropriate level of insight.
Business performance
- Challenge and support both the Sales Director and Logistics Director to ensure strong business performance and forecast accuracy
- Build or leverage existing tools to create effective performance and budget reviews, ensuring stakeholders and budget owners take ownership of their performance and understand performance drivers
- Support and lead the development of key financial analysis processes for the team, including pricing models, revenue management, ROI analysis, key account strategy, customer profitability, and logistics cost optimization
- Create, maintain, and recommend actions related to product, channel, and customer profitability based on internal and external data
- Transform financial information into actionable business insights through analysis and an outside-in mindset
- Provide relevant insights for efficient decision-making and challenge stakeholders where performance can be improved
Period close
- Ensure the accuracy and overall consistency of the P&L topline (from Volume to Net Sales) and logistics costs, including the accurate booking of accruals
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset across the unit regarding the standardization and digitalization of key reports
- Prepare management reporting packages for business partners, including the General Manager, Sales Director, Logistics Director, and Finance Director, and provide analysis and insights to support sound business decisions aligned with budget and strategy
Annual Execution Plan
- Co-lead the annual budgeting exercise by analyzing trends and collaborating with business leaders to gather, consolidate, and challenge assumptions
- Manage budget delivery throughout the year through regular reviews with leadership team members
S&OP+
- Actively participate in S&OP+ meetings (Demand Management Review and Supply Management Review), co-building forecasts and challenging the status quo
Other
- Support transformation initiatives and the broader business roadmap
- Work closely with the broader finance team to support key initiatives and improve reporting, controls, and governance
