What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting, or aHigh School diploma (or equivalent) required in addition to 3 years Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.

  • Basic Accounting skills. Previous Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.  Must be organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and changing environment. Intermediate Excel Skills required.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Work with Clinic Group Customers, Account Management, Vet Pillar Customers with Collections

  • Works with Sales & Supply teams through customer disputes

  • Review Aging Reports and Perform Collections Activities to resolve Past Due Accounts

  • Works / Updates General Mailbox Inquiries, SalesForce Cases, and calls as received
