Purpose
This role is part of the EOS Regional Deployment organization and is responsible for deploying the newly designed Lead to Cash Omni Solutions to the Asia Pacific Markets in collaboration with the EOS COE and GPOs, designing the deployment strategy and playbook, ensuring the adoption of the core solutions and strong alignment of businesses to standardized global processes. Scope include capabilities such as B2B CRM, Field Sales Execution, Customer 360, Webshop, enabled by the mainstream technology platforms including Salesforce, SAP S/4 hana, etc.
This role will be a critical enabler of value creation for the business by ensuring a high-quality transformation of the Demand function systems, processes and tools, leveraging their strong knowledge of the current As-Is environment to help deliver a successful implementation of a world class To-Be suite of Systems, processes and tools.
What are we looking for?
7 to 10 years of Experience in demand/sales function and ideally with experience in deployment of new digital capabilities
Experience of driving business process changes and change management impacts across teams
Demonstrable experience of delivering through others and creating collaborative relationships.
Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
This role will cover the deployment of L2C Omni capabilities (Salesforce CRM, Field Execution, Customer Service) to all Asia Pacific Markets
The role will require development of deep expertise on the end to end Processes and Systems to be able to lead thinking on the most effective and efficient way that RC can be “Easier to work WITH and FOR”.
Be the key voice of the local FUNCTION in the project, escalating issues for resolution with speed and proactively managing the market teams
Internally It works hand with hand with the COE, APAC EOS Business Team, CXO, and data to ensure the successful completion of milestones
Externally it works with 3rd party vendors such as Salesforce.com, System Integrators and Business Integrators.
