Job Description:

This role will take ownership of sales & operation core processes, including full-cycle YEE forecasting, supply alignment, inventory management, TE governance, value chain streamlining and vc pricing promotion plan management. This position will bridge demand and supply, standardize dealer expense management, cut inefficient inventory holding cost, and optimize the overall value chain efficiency, freeing up the sales and operation team’s capacity for core revenue tasks and supporting our team’s steady business scaling.

1. Own end-to-end omni-channel sales target management, covering annual and quarterly sales target formulation across omni channels. You will drive cross-functional alignment and close collaboration with the sales team, finance team and NSOP team to ensure targets are realistic, cascaded

smoothly and fully aligned with the company's top-line growth ambition.

2. Take full accountability for monthly Inventory-Salescycle management, with a sharp focus on inventory health optimization and data-driven production forecasting for core SKUs. You will work with supply chain teams and manufacturing partners, proactively alert the sales team for potential stock-out risks and adjust allocation plans dynamically, while also leading targeted excess inventory clearance initiatives to minimize working capital tie-up.

3. Lead the full lifecycle of channel Trade Expense (TE) management, from building the annual TE budget framework at the start of the fiscal year, to executing quarterly budget requisition, variance tracking and cost control, to strictly ensure all channel investments are fully compliant and kept within the approved financial envelope.

4. Drive the end-to-end optimization of the RTM (Route-to-Market) distributor value chain, including designing standardized, performance-linked rebate rules, and conducting ongoing tracking, validation and post-evaluation of daily trade investments to continuously improve ROI across the entire distributor network.

5. Own the full-stack channel ecosystem governance. You will leverage product traceability tools and official price guidance to develop tiered, market-aligned pricing strategies, and deliver closed-loop end-to-end management covering the full chain from strategy formulation, real-time market compliance monitoring, to continuous rule reinforcement to maintain a healthy, orderly channel operating environment.

6. Lead data-driven channel customer tiering, classification and full-lifecycle management, with full ownership of the customer authorization system. You will design differentiated operation standards, resource allocation rules and tiered growth paths for customers at different levels, to maximize the overall operational efficiency and loyalty of the entire channel customer ecosystem with Sales teams

7. Coordinate and support both internal and external audit activities across all channel operation processes, take end-to-end ownership of process quality management, identify process gaps and non-compliance risks proactively, and drive continuous optimization of SOPs to ensure all channel operations are fully aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with English communication and written skills to support cross-regional and cross-team collaboration.

2. TMKTor RTM relevant working experience is a strong plus.

3. Must demonstrate sharp data acumen and the capability to drive data-informed channel decisions.
