数据管理核心工作：负责仓库进销存全流程数据的收集、整理、录入、核对，确保数据真实、准确、及时，支撑仓库库存管控、出入库管理；衔接现场运营与数据管理，确保数据与现场实际操作一致。
WMS系统运维：熟练操作仓库WMS系统，负责系统日常数据维护、异常数据排查与处理；协助完成WMS系统的日常巡检、功能调试，保障系统稳定运行，适配仓库现场运营需求。
系统上线相关（优先）：若有WMS系统上线经验，需协助梳理仓库现场业务流程，配合系统上线的需求调研、数据迁移、测试优化及上线后运维衔接工作，确保系统与仓库实际运营（含现场人员、设备管理）适配。
数据统计与分析：定期输出仓库进销存数据报表、库存周转率、出入库效率等核心数据报告，分析数据异常及运营痛点，结合现场管理实际提出合理化优化建议，提升仓库运营效率。
现场人员管理：参与仓库现场人员排班、日常工作督导，协助规范现场作业人员操作流程，协调解决现场人员工作衔接问题，提升现场作业规范性；关注现场人员工作状态，配合做好人员调配，保障现场作业有序推进。
现场设备管理：负责仓库现场作业设备（如叉车、扫码枪、货架等）的日常状态巡查、使用登记，协助排查设备故障，对接设备维修事宜，确保设备正常运转；规范设备使用流程，指导现场人员正确操作设备，避免设备损坏。
跨部门协作：配合仓库各岗位（入库、出库、盘点等）完成数据对接与现场工作协同，协助财务、采购等相关部门提供所需仓库数据及现场运营相关信息，确保数据传递、工作衔接顺畅。
其他工作：完成仓库负责人交办的其他与数据管理、系统运维、现场人员及设备管理相关的工作任务。
经验要求：具备1年及以上仓库Data相关工作经验；必须拥有丰富的仓库进销存管理经验，熟悉仓库出入库、盘点、库存管控等核心流程及数据逻辑；具备WMS系统操作及运维经验，有WMS系统上线相关经验者优先考虑。
能力要求：具备较强的数据敏感度和数据分析能力，能快速排查数据异常，熟练使用Excel等办公软件（数据透视表、函数等）；逻辑思维清晰，做事严谨细致，有良好的责任心和执行力。
素养要求：能严格遵守仓库管理制度，服从排班安排，适应做4休4、每日12小时的白晚班循环工作模式；具备良好的沟通协调能力，能高效完成跨岗位、跨部门数据对接工作。
