岗位职责:
1.逆向物流管理,做好客诉对应,及时跟进仓库客诉反馈以及确认结果
2.运输异常情况对应(确认具体责任方)及索赔跟进
3.逆向物流管理流程优化及相关SOP梳理更新
4.不良品管理 运输过程中不良品管理、以及后续处理跟踪
5.仓库内部操作过程中不良品管理管理、不良品移库、实物管理 定期完成报废申请,跟踪完成相关审批,并在WMS系统内准确的完成调整操作
6.跟踪不良品报废整个流程合规性,定期跟车检查 配合不良品操作流程保存相关文档、图片等 不良品管理流程优化及相关SOP梳理更新
7.物流客户服务 定期客户拜访,电话回访,充分了解物流服务水平,提升改善 定期组织仓库进行流程优化,提升客户服务 定期完成物流服务报告,分析问题根本原因,找出解决方案,跟进实施
任职需求:
1.本科及以上学历,
2.快消品行业2年以上工作优先 注重细节,较强的问题解决能力
3.熟悉ERP和WMS等系统操作 基础的英语口语和书写能力
4.可以接受奉贤作为工作地点。
