工作职责与要求：
1. 充分实践玛氏安全标准以保护我们的同事和资产，遵循安全工作守则并在任何时候遵守所有玛氏环境、安全和健康政策和程序。
2. 实施工厂主清洁计划(MSS)，确保在工厂工作的同事100%了解 MSS完成的重要性。
3. 负责协调清洁操作人员的上岗培训工作，包括GMP，安全和岗位操作培训。
4. 对同事及承包商在清洁工作过程中的工作表现进行监控和监督，确保所有在现场工作的合作伙伴和承包商符合玛氏HSE和质量标准。
5. 确保清洁消毒工作安排与所有相关方进行有效的沟通和咨询，对于需要关注的问题及时执行升级流程。
6. 负责将玛氏清洁标准的相关质量要求落实到操作中，确保清洁操作作业指导书及相关记录的及时编写和更新并符合质量和安全要求。
7. 负责验证清洁和消毒的有效性，确保由有资格的人员进行清洗和消毒，每次清洗和消毒的结果都符合标准。
8. 管理清洁易耗品和清洁工具，确保易耗品和工具的质量和数量充足并可随时使用。
9. 领导完成清洁消毒程序、清洁消毒剂的验证工作，依据验证方案实施验证工作、完成验证报告及批准流程。
10. 负责与带班经理、Q&FS等相关职能团队合作，开展工厂清洁消毒的持续改善性项目。
11. 依照MARS偏差处理流程及时响应根本原因分析（RCA）及改善方案。
12. 提交工厂清洁工作段总结，核对清洁承包商工时、清洁易耗品费用；
13. 参与工厂相关清洁审核工作，对于审核发现及时进行整改，必要的改善计划与相关团队合作完成；
14. 负责工厂清洁记录的整理与归档，确保符合文件管理要求；
