严格遵守包装车间质量标准，并有能力支持车间质量改善；
参与小组活动或部门持续改善活动，能够识别本区域内的设备异常并简单处理或报修；
掌握多条产线操作，参与安全部定期标准回顾，并日常提供安全改善建议；
支持标准制定，能够独立带领1个车间的改善项目,熟练掌握安全3大标准及SRA安全风险分析工具等
虚位以待，期待这样的您能加入我们：
会基本英语为佳,接受过包装岗位的培训或有本岗位的工作经验(如：食品或饲料行业);
熟悉AM DMS标准制定原则及方法论，可以使用PS工具进行问题解决；
良好的沟通能力，成本意识，工作主动性，自我激励能力，团队意识，安全&卫生&质量意识;
能够胜任高温，噪音,潮湿环境下的工作,持有有效的健康证等
