The purpose of this role in Royal Canin Korea is to drive sales growth by managing key online retail partnerships and optimizing digital sales strategies. This position plays a crucial role in providing eCommerce market insights, maintaining strategic communication with key eCommerce platforms, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to align with the company’s vision and key objectives.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in driving results, ensuring accountability, and communicating effectively across functions
Proven expertise in strategic account management, e-commerce platforms, and customer/channel development is essential to succeed in this role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both locally and internationally
Over 5 years of experience in FMCG, including a minimum of 3 years in the E-commerce field
Advanced level of English both written and verbal
What will be your key responsibilities?
Key customer/channel management
Develop strong partnership with key accounts in order to deliver targeted sales growth
Regular visit to key customers including eCommerce partners, pure-play specialists and channels
Lead and negotiate annual agreement with eCommerce partners
Develop plan, KPI and goals to achieve for each eCommerce partners
Analyze and interpret category, retail, industry and performance data to identify risk & opportunities
Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting
Deliver financial commitments including GSV, NSV and Trade
Digital /eCommerce Capabilities
Well-aware of the Omni-channel dynamics and able to set priorities
Sell category vision to customers, and grow premium portfolio for Royal Canin.
Fully understand the pet owner journey to address relevant touch points by impactful sales & marketing activities.
Identify strategic keywords for brand & portfolio, deploy & monitor shelf-share status.
Plan yearly sales promotion to enhance brand visibility and sales performance
Utilize the promotion data to make continuous improvement (CTR/CVR/ROAS etc.)
Develop & execute plans based on shopper insights and link with company strategy.
Be creative, flexible, self-motivated and open to challenge in constantly evolving digital environment
